In 2015, brave farmers known as Gabe & Jes Heinsohn began with a garden, and a dream. Our family has a long generational history of farming & cultivating plants, so having a knack for growing things, my mother and father began what is now known as the Heinsohn Farms LLC Greenhouse, and I, Evie Heinsohn am writing this website for them. Our story began as Jes and Gabe began growing produce, and taking it to magical lands also known as farmers markets. Another crucial character in this story is Eric Heinsohn, who is the beekeeper, the honey guy. They would share space at these markets.

Over a somewhat long period of time, we raised livestock, grown and baled hay, raised many large gardens, made natural products and used the herbs my mom has harvested, grown many of mums and all kinds of plants from edible to flowering. Each one of us plays a role in what we have grown, raised and bottled. Planting seed till the finished plant. We also offer a nursery with lots of perennials, fruiting plants,flowering shrubs, and shade trees. We spend most of the month of June planting our fall mums offering fundraising to our local community.
